University of the East Alumni Association Inc. (UEAAI) respects your right to privacy and is committed to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. UEAAI is bound to comply with Republic Act 10173 or otherwise known as Data Privacy Act of 2012, its implementing Rules and Regulations and relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
UEAAI collects, processes and stores personal data of all registering and participating alumni and guests for its homecoming/reunion events when they enter in this website, provided that they have given their express consent.
- Collection of Personal Data
The Google Form shall be edited in such a way that it initially qualifies the registrants as an alumnus or a guest. Accordingly, appropriate data shall be collected. The current form is organized in a way that Name, Degree, Year Graduated.. etc are collected before asking the type of attendee. Guests who are not alumni shall only provide Name, Email Address and Work Affiliation (Optional).- UEAAI collects the following information through an online register form:

- Proof of payment which contains personal information is also collected in this website.
- The homecoming/reunion event shall be recorded. Thus, picture, audio, video, and chat conversations of the participants will be recorded. These may be used as materials for future homecoming/reunion events published/posted in various media.

UEAAI shall use and process the personal data collected for the purpose of managing the homecoming/reunion events. All the information UEAAI collects shall form part of its database which shall be used for statistical and reportorial purposes. - Sharing of Personal Data
UEAAI may share personal data of registrants between and among its partners or affiliated organizations for, who need access to such information to carry out work. If and when it becomes necessary, a data sharing agreement shall cover any sharing of data only between them and UEAAI. The latter may also share information in accordance with any order from any relevant government agency as provided by law. - Storage and Protection of Personal Data
UEAAI shall protect the personal data it has collected and processed by limiting access to personnel who shall have a legitimate interest in them. Similarly, passwords shall be setup for the files to add another layer of protection. - Use of Cookies
