The 75th University of the East Alumni Grand Reunion: A Resounding Success
The 75th University of the East Alumni Grand Reunion, held on October 13, 2023, at the Century Park Hotel, was a resounding success. The event was a testament to the enduring spirit of camaraderie and unity among the alumni of the University of the East (UE)
A Time to Reconnect
The reunion served as a platform for former schoolmates to bond and reconnect. Alumni from various campuses, including Manila, Caloocan, and Quezon City, regardless of their educational year level, college and graduate degree programs, generation and batches, were all cordially invited. The event was a celebration of the diverse and vibrant community that UE has fostered over the years.
A Notable Gathering
The event was graced by the presence of more than 200 attendees, including a host of notable individuals. These included accomplished professionals, industry leaders, and distinguished alumni who have made significant contributions in their respective fields. Their presence added a touch of prestige to the event and served as an inspiration for the younger generation of UE alumni.

The reunion was also a time to celebrate the achievements of the alumni. The jubilarians for the year included the following UE batches: 1948, Diamond Jubilarians (75 yrs.); 1953, Platinum Jubilarians (70 yrs.); 1958, Blue Sapphire Jubilarians (65 yrs.); 1963, Diamond Jubilarians (60 yrs.); 1968, Emerald Jubilarians (55 yrs.); 1973, Gold Jubilarians (50 yrs.); 1978: Sapphire Jubilarians (45 yrs.); 1983, Ruby Jubilarians (40 yrs.); 1988, Coral Jubilarians (35 yrs.); 1993, Pearl Jubilarians (30 yrs.); and 1998, Silver Jubilarians (25 yrs.)

A registered member is an active member who updatedly pays his or her annual or lifetime membership fee and thereby issued a membership card – the UE Alumni Card which serves as a valid ID to present upon entering the premises of UE and use only its Library facilities. Tie-ups and collaborations for possible discounts and perks inclusive with the card are in still in the offing.
